Jake will spend the days leading up to his daughter?s birth headlining the annual CMT Fall Tour, but he still intends to be present for his daughter?s birth. ?Oh yeah, I?m gonna be there? he says. ?That?s gonna be something I?ll remember for the rest of my life.?
