MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

> Complete the full sales cycle from identifying new business targets to leading the development of outstanding proposals and presentations.
> Exposure to formal tendering processes would be a distinct advantage.
> Commercially astute and a skilled negotiator, you will be able to develop significant new business success
> Successful handover of relationships to project implementation teams.
> Interface with clients who are predominantly HR professionals.
> Win projects that are based around bespoke interventions - not just off the shelf solutions or software packages.
